TANAKA PRECISION (THAILAND) CO., LTD. our head quarter company, has conducted QCC (QC Circle) activities since 1971. they have entered the world competition of QC activities six times.
At TANAKA PRECISION (THAILAND) CO., LTD. we started our QCC activities in 1999, and joined the NHC presentation conference organized by the Honda groups in 2004. In 2007, our team joined the presentation conference held by our head quarter company. These activities help increase employees' awareness of the importance of quality.
Since 2006, the company has run a Japanese language course. Observing local schools japanese language courses, the best teaching methods have been applied to have Japanese employees teach Thai employees. We have set up informal groups for studying japanese. Therefore, both Thai and japanese employees no only become proficient in the language, but also learn more about each other's cultures. Even of they understand only a bit of Japanese, it promotes friendly daily communication between Thai and Japanese employees.
